Policies

Walk-in customers are not refunded after 10 minutes of check-in. Reservation customers are not refunded as per reservation rules. Please check online on your respective site.

Check-in time is 3pm. $20 fee for early check-in.

Check-out is at 11am.

Deposit: $50

A $50 deposit is required per room at check-in. If the deposit is placed on the Credit Card, an automatic refund will happen after checkout if the room is OK. (Will return on Card within 48 hrs / two business days.)

Cash deposits must be picked up by noon on the checkout day; otherwise, there will be no refunds.

Cash deposits must be picked up by the person whose name is on the room. There is no exception to this rule.

Do not smoke in the room or damage the room; otherwise, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

Vehicles:

One vehicle per room is complimentary. All vehicle plate numbers must be registered at the Front Desk; otherwise, they will be towed at guests' expense. $20 fee for additional extra vehicles on the parking lot, per night.

The tow-away policy applies to all vehicles on property lines, including visitors / non-guests.

All extra vehicles can park on the road, on Lucile St. or 1st Ave.

All oversized vehicles (semi trucks, cars with trailers, RVs, etc.) must be parked on the road, on Lucile St. or 1" Ave.

Guests:

We do not allow guests in rooms. Please meet people outside the hotel premises. $10 per person will be charged for violation of this policy.

The Hotel reserves the right to admit, provide service, and/or continue a rental.

Pet Policy:

We accept small dogs only, with a $20 charge per night per pet.

Please let us know that you have a pet at check-in.

Your cooperation and consideration are essential for us to continue to accept pets.

Service Dogs, please provide a state service dog license only. Must declare at check-in.
