A family-owned business, established in 2014, is here to serve on your travels. Located only 3 miles away from downtown, the La Hacienda motel is your closest, cleanest, most affordable place to stay near your favorite attractions, like Safeco Field, CenturyLink Field, Pike Place Market, Museum of Flight, Space Needle, your favorite cruise lines and much more.
Our building underwent significant renovations in early 2025, offering a clean, modern, old-school look. One of the favorite attractions is our antique La Hacienda neon sign, which is loved by artists walking by.
Friendly staff is in the office 24/7, protecting your vehicle from theft, burglary, and damage so you can rest and relax safely.
A convenient store is also available inside the office 24/7, with your favorite food and drinks at competitive prices. We do not try to rip our customers off. Building trust is our main priority here at the La Hacienda.
The building is very old, which is why we have recently been through an intense remodel recently. Currently, there aren’t many new pictures of our new property online.
